Global scarcity of usable water and water pollution are the major aspects of water crisis. A lot of people around the world do not have access to clean potable water, and the numbers are growing.
Around the world, 1.1 billion people are living without clean drinking water; another 2.6 billion people do not have proper sanitation, this results to death all over due to water borne diseases.
